Why Choose Classic WPC Decking?

Accessories: Professional & Compatible

Flexible Substructure Options (Joists)

Choose the right foundation. Our decking is fully compatible with all standard frameworks, including Galvanized Steel, Aluminum, Stainless Steel, WPC, or Pressure-Treated Wood. Select the best material based on your project budget, local climate, and application scenario.

Hidden Fastening System (Clips)

Seamless & Secure. We recommend high-strength Aluminum Clips as the mainstream choice for long-term stability. Cost-effective Plastic Clips are also available. Stainless Steel Starter Clips are essential for securing the first and last rows.

Fixing Hardware (Screws)

Corrosion-Resistant Anchoring. Select the right screw for your frame: use Stainless Steel Self-Tapping Screws for WPC or wood joists, and Self-Drilling Screws (Drill-Tail) for installation on metal substructures.

FAQ

Hollow boards are lightweight and cost-effective, making them the standard choice for residential terraces and private backyards. Solid boards offer higher load-bearing capacity and impact resistance, recommended for high-traffic public areas or commercial projects.

No. Unlike natural timber, our Classic WPC is composed of plastic (HDPE) and wood fibers. It is 100% rot-proof, termite-resistant, and does not absorb moisture, ensuring a lifespan significantly longer than traditional pressure-treated wood.

Safety is a priority. Our Classic series features a grooved, deep-embossed wood grain or sanded finish, which provides excellent friction (R10 Slip Rating), making it safe for walking even around swimming pools.

For standard residential decks, we recommend a joist spacing of 300mm to 350mm (center-to-center). For commercial areas with heavy loads, the span should be reduced to 300mm max to ensure rigidity.

Never. One of the biggest advantages of Classic WPC is that it requires no painting, staining, or oiling—ever. This saves you significant labor and material costs over the years compared to maintaining real wood.

As with any uncapped composite material containing natural wood fibers, there will be a slight lightening (approx. 10-15%) during the first 3-6 months of UV exposure. After this initial weathering process, the color stabilizes to a natural, matte tone and will not fade further.

Yes. Classic WPC cuts and works just like timber. You can rip the boards lengthwise or cut them to specific shapes using standard woodworking tools (carbide-tipped saw blades recommended).
