Can I cut the tiles to fit corners or pillars?

No. The tiles feature an integrated aluminum frame that maintains structural integrity. Cutting them will damage the system. We offer a Customization Service to produce specific sizes or shapes to fit your project perfectly.

What kind of ground can I install this on?

This product is designed for flat, hard surfaces such as concrete, old ceramic tiles, or waterproof membranes.

How does water drainage work?

There are consistent gaps between the WPC boards. Rainwater flows naturally through these gaps to the sub-floor below. As long as your balcony or patio has its own slope or drainage outlet, water will not accumulate on the deck surface.

Is the aluminum frame rust-proof?

Yes. We use high-grade aluminum alloy which is immune to rust and corrosion, making it perfect for coastal balconies and rainy climates.
