You might notice a small tolerance in the channel diagram. This is our "Thermal Expansion Zone." It allows the WPC boards to expand and contract by 1-2mm during temperature spikes without bowing or stressing the post. Do not fill this gap with glue or screws.

Yes. We use 6063-T5 Automotive-Grade Aluminum, which is treated with a weatherproof powder coating. Unlike steel, it will not rust, even in salty coastal environments.

Yes. We offer matching Pedestrian Gates (Single) and Driveway Gates (Double) that utilize the same WPC infill and aluminum frame logic to match your fence line perfectly.

Yes. The modular design allows you to cut both the Aluminum Rails and WPC Boards on-site using a standard chop saw with a carbide-tipped blade. The cut end is then hidden inside the post channel, maintaining a clean finish.

The system is designed for "Stepped Installation". You do not need to angle the rails. Instead, install the posts at varying heights to create a stepped visual effect that follows the terrain gradient. Longer posts are available for this application.

Yes. The system is engineered with a structural aluminum framework capable of withstanding Grade 9 winds (≥100km/h). For high-wind coastal areas, we recommend ensuring the post bases are anchored into concrete using our stainless steel bolts.
