The Next Generation of Composite Technology

Magic Garden’s Superior Co-extrusion Series (2nd Generation) sets a new standard for performance and aesthetics. Unlike traditional composites, each board is fully encapsulated in a high-performance polymer shell (The Shield). This advanced “capped” technology creates an impermeable barrier against the elements.
With multi-chromatic colors and realistic wood grain textures, it captures the beauty of exotic hardwoods. If you demand the best in stain resistance and longevity, the Superior Series is your premium solution.

Why Upgrade to Superior Co-extrusion?

Accessories: Professional & Compatible

Flexible Substructure Options (Joists)

Choose the right foundation. Our decking is fully compatible with all standard frameworks, including Galvanized Steel, Aluminum, Stainless Steel, WPC, or Pressure-Treated Wood. Select the best material based on your project budget, local climate, and application scenario.

Hidden Fastening System (Clips)

Seamless & Secure. We recommend high-strength Aluminum Clips as the mainstream choice for long-term stability. Cost-effective Plastic Clips are also available. Stainless Steel Starter Clips are essential for securing the first and last rows.

Fixing Hardware (Screws)

Corrosion-Resistant Anchoring. Select the right screw for your frame: use Stainless Steel Self-Tapping Screws for WPC or wood joists, and Self-Drilling Screws (Drill-Tail) for installation on metal substructures.

FAQ

The main difference is the protective shield. Classic WPC is uncapped and has a traditional wood feel. Superior WPC features a co-extruded polymer cap on all sides, making it highly resistant to stains, scratches, and UV rays—ideal for low-maintenance requirements.

Superior Co-extrusion decking is engineered with high-grade UV inhibitors. While standard composites may lighten significantly in the first few months, our Superior Series maintains superior color retention. Any change over the years is minimal and gradual, keeping your deck looking vibrant for decades.

No. Our co-extrusion process bonds the core and the shield simultaneously under high heat. They are fused into a single solid unit, ensuring delamination will not occur under normal use.

We recommend using a protective mat under fire pits or grills. While the Superior shield is heat-resistant, direct contact with burning embers or extreme heat sources should be avoided to protect the polymer surface.

While the core material is highly moisture-resistant, the cut ends will expose the inner composite. For a polished, professional look and extra protection, we recommend installing matching End Caps or using Fascia Boards to cover the perimeter.
